Meet Dr. Philip O. Sels
Dr. Philip O. Sels was born and raised in the Milford-Felton area and is the son of Willy Sels and Milford pediatrician, Dr. Teresa Keller. After graduation in 2004 from St. Thomas More Academy, he attended Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania where he achieved a B.S. in Biology and a Minor in Studio Art in 2008. Dr. Sels received his D.M.D. Degree from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2012 and completed a General Practice Residency at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown in 2013. He joined Diamond State Dentistry in 2013 and became a partner in 2017. He is a member of the American Dental Society, the Delaware State Dental Society and the Kent-Sussex Dental Society as the Vice-President and has been featured in DELAWARE TODAY magazine many times as one of Top General Dentists in Delaware. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry and performs most procedures including the placement and restoration of implants. Dr. Sels has an avid interest in planes and flying. He and his family currently reside in Magnolia and they enjoy time on the beach, outdoors and in nature, and entertaining friends.
